1/ How does the product work?
How long does one box of Sizegain last?
Each box of Sizegain includes pills for a month of use. That means that you have to buy one box for each month you wish to follow the treatment.
How long should I take the pills to get the best results?
We recommend that you follow the treatment for at least 5-6 months to obtain the best results. That means that you have to buy at least 5-6 boxes as each box contains a month of treatment.
When will I start to see the first results?
Our clients normally begin to see the first results after the second month of treatment.
2/ Doubts about payment methods and shipping
Can I order the shipping with UPS to Latinamerica, Asia, and Africa?
No, only shipping with TNT to these countries. At the moment there are some problems with these countries customs and we can only do the shipping with TNT to these countries.
I live in Norway, can I order Sizegain?
No. The customs in Norway will not let some products into the country. If you have already ordered and you live in Norway, please contact us and we will delete your order and return the money to your account.
I am not happy with the results, can I get my money back?
Our product is completely natural and results vary from person to person. Some organisms are more susceptible to change and hence the effect is much faster. We are so confident in the effectiveness of the product, that if you still want results, we can send 2 units of the product for free with UPS. The only condition is that by accepting this gift, you accept the total cancellation of the refund policy. If you on the contrary, still wish to proceed with the money refund and in accordance with the terms presented on our website, we will only make the refund if you:
- Bought at least 2 units
- Have used the product for 2 months
- Intend to return the packages within the 7 days after the second month
- Return all the products you bought (full or empty)
What do I have to do if I wish to return the products and get the money back?
You have to contact us by email and if you meet the conditions for the money back guarantee, we will send you a Refund Form you have to fill out and send back to us together with the products you are returning.
I do not have a credit card, is there another way I can pay?
Yes you can pay by making a money transfer to our account or with Western Union. Contact our customer care service for further details.
